Information you send us. When you submit the application form we receive what you type: your name, your email address, your brand and website, and your answers about the business you are building. Sending the form is voluntary, and you choose what to include.
Information your browser sends. Like every website, this one receives technical details when a page loads: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the time of the request. Our hosting provider, Webflow, records this to operate and secure the site. The application form uses Cloudflare's Turnstile check to block bots, which processes the same kind of technical data.
Fonts. The typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts. Your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for automated decisions, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you filled out the form.
We share information only with the service providers that run this site on our behalf: Webflow, which hosts the site, stores form submissions, and emails them to us; Cloudflare, which provides bot protection on the form; and Google, which serves the fonts and provides the Google Workspace email accounts we use to correspond with you. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights and safety.
This site does not currently run analytics or advertising tags. If we add tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, or Meta's pixel, we will update this policy before they go live. Those tools can collect information about your activity across websites to measure and deliver ads. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through the industry choice pages at aboutads.info/choices and youronlinechoices.eu.
We do not set marketing cookies. Webflow and Cloudflare may set the technical cookies needed for the form and the bot check to work.
We do not track visitors across other websites. Because no cross-site tracking takes place, the site does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track browser signals.
We keep application submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and for our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Email info@climbdigitalmarketing.com to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will confirm the request and act on it within a reasonable time.
This site is for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to submissions is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
